That's right---we are half way through the first 60-Day Challenge!!! See how easy that was :)
If anything, our hope is that you have become more conscious of your personal fitness and activity levels, and that you have engaged more into the process, even if it's just mentally.
I am very impressed by the way our "GRCHS Staff Fam" (YES, we are Family!) has come together and began a path towards fitness and activity. We have begun our own 'revolution' of sorts.
So now, press on for the next 30-Days and complete this first challenge! Don't forget:
- Get in 3 days of 90 minutes per day of activity per week
- Grab a buddy along the way and participate together in a fitness activity
