Using the same technology that we use to train our Grand Rapids Christian Student-Athletes, we have created daily fitness workouts for our staff.
This technology is our TrainHeroic app that is used to access, view, and record workouts.
Workouts are posted for the staff, and can be accessed by downloading and setting up the TainHeroic app on your smart phone.
Currently there are a couple "starter" workouts to help you get going, and workouts will be updated each week.
