E-FIT strives to create a strong network of healthy lifestyle affiliates to broaden our staffs approach to wellness and fitness. This broad approach is intended to create a multitude of options for staff as they take part in their own unique fitness journey.

We are teaming up with a host of west Michigan "affiliates" that can be involved in your personal fitness lifestyle.

Whether it's food from a healthy restaurant, purchasing the right running shoe or taking part in a group training class, we are striving to create a large network of affiliates that each GRC E-FIT staff member can choose from!
