The field of fitness is fascinating and there are so many things that we think about when it comes to being active and healthy. We spend alot of time on trying to figure out exercsie sets and reps, running mileage, meal plans, etc., but what about the personal stuff?
One of my favorite fitness/wellness companies is EXOS Human Performance based out of Arizona. Their methodology and ideology is second to none when it comes to the subject of human performance.
