3rd E-FIT challenge (APRIL 9 – MAY 15)
Here we go: the FINAL E-FIT Challenge of the school year! As promised, this will be the most involved Challenge yet, but in terms of days, also the shortest one yet!
- STEP 1
- Email EFit@grcs.org saying you are E-Fit for Challenge 3
- STEP 2: (perform the following)
- 30 minute Activity (a brisk walk or more) 3 times a week or 90 minutes total of activity
- Track activity in a electronic app (Under Armour Record is recommended) or own personal tracking mechanism
- Track your personal weight weekly.
- Track food intake through food tracker (Monday to Friday – because we all love weekends)
- Participate in an off campus organized activity whether you are competing or volunteering – E-fit T Shirt Provided(5k race, River Bank Run, IronMan, Bike Race, Mtn Bike Race, Walkathon) See E-Fit website for sign up opportunities.
- STEP 3:
- Write a paragraph after the challenge completion summarizing your activity and explain what you learned about personal growth and health. Email this to EFit@grcs.org
That’s it! It’s a doozy, but a great way to cap off the school year!
