Recording your progess made easy with UA Record app

The E-Fit program will utilize the UA Record app which is a free fitness tracking app with lots of options. Simply download the app to your phone or other mobile device and begin using it on your E-Fit journey! Here is key info about the UA Record app:

FREE Staff workouts using our Training App





Train Heroic is one way E-FIT leverages the power of technology to create FREE workouts for our GRCS Staff community.  This is an app we currently use in our GR Christian Sports Performance Training for our high school athletes that we are now using in our new E-FIT program as well.

We will use Train Heroic to create a variety of general fitness oriented workouts with the GRCS Staff in mind. Choose the workout you'd like to do, or maybe grab a couple of exercises to perform that suit you; customize this to your fitness advantage.

How the Train Heroic App works

  1. Download the Train Heroic app to your smart phone
  2. Once you download the app, enter the access code "GRCSStaff" 
  3. Take a few moments to set up you Train Heroic account (takes roughly 90-seconds)
Bam!  That's it.  Now you have the app. Click the app and it will bring up weekly workouts in a calendar format that you can perform as part of your fitness activity or to add to your current program. The best part is that these workouts are delivered right to your tablet or smart phone via the app. You can even enter in key workout information for each exercise such as reps, time exercise performed and amount of weight lifted, depending on the workouts.

E-FIT is a life style


At its core, human performance is tired to a pursuit of fitness and wellness, two things that go hand in hand.

Our goal with the E-Fit Corporate Wellness program for Grand Rapids Christian employees is to create and foster an environment that enhances these two things.

We are charged with the responsibility to teach and educate young minds each day, and to do this we need to be at our physical and mental best.

 This E-FIT program challenges us to be at our best by creating an environment of healthy awareness and fitness performance.  Not just in lifting weights and running, but in all types of fitness activities: walking, yoga, bike riding and other activities.
